Compliancy and Company Policies:

  • Our clientele's health and wellness are of the upmost importance and we greatly appreciated your understanding and compliancy of our company policies.

DRIP IV Lounge is a wellness spa and not a clinic, therefore no one is allowed into the spa that is currently ill.

  • Please cancel your appointment if you have any of the following symptoms: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, vomiting or diarrhea.

Important Information

  • We do not provide services for anyone under the age of 18.
  • NO CHILDREN allowed in the spa (no exceptions).
  • Policies are enforced, therefore if you arrive with your child, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged a late cancellation fee, however it may be credited toward another appointment (within 2 week period).
  • We clean between each of our clients visits so please do not arrive before your scheduled appointment time at 1020 Navarro St.
  • There are various places to park near the DRIP IV Lounge. Waze and Google Maps will show near by parking garages and lots.
  • You will need to bring a government photo ID.
  • Wear clothing that allows for easy access to administer an Intramuscular (IM) injection or IV in your arm.
  • You do not need to "Fast" prior to you appointment. We do encourage you to eat even if it is a light meal before coming to your appointment.

APPOINTMENTS ONLY - NO WALK-IN'S or WALK-UP'S 

Cancellation & "No Show" Policy

  • Cancellation Fees are applicable for "No Shows" or canceling your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled. You will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee for IV Therapy and the full amount on each service for add-ons to the IV or an injection. To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. We understand circumstances happen therefore we will allow you to reschedule once within 2 weeks of the cancelled appointment, the cancellation fee will be applied to that future appointment.
  • Your appointment will need to be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late and you will be charged a late cancellation fee, however it may be credited toward another appointment (within 2 week period).
